With a particular passion for destination weddings and multi-day celebrations, she has an extraordinary ability to manage the wonderfully complex. She thrives on the challenge of bringing order to the seemingly impossible, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience from the moment they receive their invitation to the final farewell.
Calm under pressure, endlessly resourceful and adored by our clients, Francesca has an incredible knack for making everyone feel completely looked after. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and no request is too big or too small. She approaches every celebration with the same warmth, dedication and unwavering commitment to making it exceptional.
You will often find her husband, James, alongside us on event days too. Affectionately known within the team as our Chief Guest Liaison Officer, James is the definition of a "can-do" person. Whether he's welcoming guests, coordinating transport, moving furniture, solving last-minute challenges or simply lending a hand wherever it's needed, he does it all with a smile.
