We work around your schedules, bring suppliers to you, accompany you to tastings and everything in-between! We work closely with you on the styling, brainstorming ideas you may not have even thought of, in order to transform your dreams into a reality.
ARC Events can be bought in at the beginning, which if you don't know where to begin, can be a daunting and overwhelming task. After an initial consultation, we can help source your venue and suppliers, utilising our little black book. We will ensure that all the details are checked over and everything required is included. Your ideas on design and styling can be developed, your planning schedule established, and the timeline of your day is in order, before handing back the reins, now that the hard bit is over! You now can relax and enjoy the fun parts of the build up to your event!
ARC Events can take the pressure off in the lead up to your celebration; to take up the reins, finalise details and ensure the event runs seamlessly from start to finish.
This service aims to ensure there are no last-minute panics, all logistics are firmed up, allowing you to enjoy your celebration! After a detailed handover, you can be confident to leave everything to ARC Events to look after!

Once you have those big questions answered, the planning can begin! All prospective clients receive a free consultation, whether that be in person or virtually.
Once it has been established what planning service you are after, a detailed proposal will be developed to give you a flavour of what ARC Events can achieve. This will include venue options (if you haven’t already chosen one), styling concepts for consideration, supplier suggestions, along with approximate costings for your event.
When you decide on ARC Events as your planner, a detailed timeline, deposit schedule and detailed budget will be issued.
Then comes the fun part – developing the concept and styling, conducting site visits, menu tastings, outfit fittings, finalising the budget, and finessing the schedule.
