Meet Rob
The yin to Anna’s yang, Rob is an expert producer who achieves the impossible with his creative yet technical mind. He is a mathematical wizard, always ready to translate Anna’s fast-flowing ideas and details into a meticulously designed spreadsheet.
Rob spent fifteen years working in different guises in the catering and events worlds before joining ARC. He knows exactly what it takes to put together an outstanding event and is the driving force behind many of ARC’s corporate parties and events. No matter how large or logistically challenging an event, Rob will radiate calm and warmth as he pulls it off, a joy to be around.

Hardworking, dedicated and with an unshakeable focus when
on-site, Charlotte is a safe pair of hands that everyone wants on their team.
The newest addition to the ARC crew, Charlotte has worked extensively in the catering and events sector and has headed up some seriously special and glitzy soirées, in the UK and overseas. She has an exceedingly organised mind and a famously beady eye for detail. Aside from her talents and achievements, she is a delightful person and a joy to work alongside.
